About my artworks

I was 3-years-old when I painted with oils for the first time, since that I´ve been through all the art making mediums than the art history of 1900´s from painting and drawing through photography, sculpture, video, installation, conceptual art and performance art into digital, new media art, site and situation specific art and participatory art back into where my strongest passion lies - performance and performing arts. One can conceptualize me as an exceptionally creative, flexible and versatile artist.

My strategy into making art is theoretically conscious, often philosophical -even if I perform in a flow state of mind. It´s common that my artworks combine both good conceptual ideas and various, versatile and innovative aesthetics. During the 2000s, 2010s and early 2020s I have conceptualized my angle of incidence as formalistic and content-based avantgarde. I am always able to philosophically question the earlier, start from an empty table and innovate something new.

As one of my conceptual artwork I saved some of my artworks in 2018 into Arctic World Archive in Svalbard as the world´s first individual artist. Here one can soon view those artworks ranging from photography and painting into conceptual and performative art from 1994 to 2018.
